Kelli is a lifelong equestrian. She grew up in 4-H and showing Appaloosas and then Quarter Horses. She is a graduate from Westfield State University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, she has been a Massachusetts State Police Dispatcher and First Responder since 2005. Currently, she is a 4-H leader and volunteer, the head western coach at Mount Holyoke College, Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association Director At Large, AQHA and APHA Professional Horseman, Carded Judge with several associations, and in her spare time, an Animal Control Officer for three towns.
 
Kelli has been enjoying competing in Ranch events with her sons AQHA gelding, Socorro Mercedes.
