Bob Cacchione, Fairfield, CT, founded the Intercollegiate Horse Shows Association(IHSA) in 1967 while still a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. The IHSA now has over 400 colleges and universities and over 10,000 collegiate riders. Bob was the Executive Director of the IHSA for 52 years and in addition to receiving numerous awards from the USEF and USHJA was inducted into the inaugural class of the IHSA Hall of Fame. recihsa@aol.com
